Mano Amiga is an ecumenical Christian organization of volunteers dedicated to helping others less fortunate than ourselves.
Our mission is primarily in Mexico; along the Frontera on the Texas/Coahuila border and in the states of Yucatán and Quintana Roo. In addition Mano Amiga aids projects in Honduras and in Peru.
Non-skilled, motivated, construction volunteers using local methods and materials can make a direct and immediate gift to a Mayan family and can, literally, change their living conditions in a day or less. This is a very rewarding experience for both the family and for the group.

Take a look and see what we do and where we do it...and then consider joining us on a

| Meet some kids that you will never forget! Spend some time with their parents & experience how they live. Then return home and tell others about your experience. You'll return home richer than when you left. You'll return home with some new attitudes, new outlooks, new friends. You'll return home with a new awareness of the presence of the Holy Spirit that is with us throughout this adventure. And you'll want to return to the Yucatán to experience it again. |
